Carter's 'Guys' and other 3 year old adventures

Carter is our play-pretender!  Some days he will be in his own world all day :).  He is also a sweet friend and will join in on anyone's fun.  This past summer/fall he got really creative with his drawing and captured all different kinds of 'guys'. I made a book of them and he told me what each one was doing and who they were.  His free spirited nature and creativity brings us such joy!

I love how he captures all the details of fingers, teeth and eyes...

 It takes a steady hand and a lot of concentration.

 One of his interchangeable projects... 1 minute it is a rope, the next it is his extra long arms.

 One day we took a long bike ride while the big boys were at school and he rode the whole time :)!  

 You will find him painting when at all possible!
