Febuary in New Mexico

I love the New Mexico sunshine!  It helps heat up the cold winter days and certainly brightens the dullness of the season.  We are definitely not into spring yet around here... But, some days you might wonder what season it is.  Early in the month we had a few balmy afternoons and the kids & I basked in the radiant sunshine :). 

This is how I found Jacob after he brought his cars and play set to the warm inviting back patio... I asked him why he had his hat on & he told me "because it is winter!".  Silly boy plays in his underwear, bare feet and winter hat!

 

Can you tell that I can't wait for spring to come?!
